We provide the tools and financial means for traditional Sephardi communities to perpetuate our heritage. We promote initiatives to strengthen Sephardi communities across the globe and organize events that support traditional Jewish education and identity.

Promote kedusha & taharah

We’ve joined the World Zionist Congress in order to counter the harmful influence of Reform Judaism in global Jewish affairs. By increasing our Orthodox representation, we can affect decisions that protect the sanctity of our Jewish homeland, adhere to Torah values, and benefit our communities.

Shas Olami was created at the behest of Chacham Ovadia Yosef, to increase Sephardi Orthodox representation in the World Zionist Organization.
An offshoot of the Shas party in Eretz Yisroel, Shas Olami provides an address for every Jewish community in the world to turn to for support and connection.

Elections

The World Zionist Organization (WZO) is an international association with considerable influence to enact policies that promote Zionism. Members are factions of Jews all over the world who vote for policies that are at odds with our Torah values and disregard the sanctity of our Land. We need to strengthen the Orthodox representation to counter Reform domination in the World Zionist Congress and influence the decisions made by the WZO to reflect our values.
